30-Day Returns: Request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.

Non-Returnable: Opened or used ingestible supplements, including capsules, tablets, powders, or other edible products, cannot be returned for hygiene and consumer safety reasons unless they are defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrectly supplied.

Exchanges: We offer exchanges for eligible unused and unopened products returned in their original sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team before returning your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for voluntary exchanges. If the replacement item has a different price, any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly. We will cover shipping costs for exchanges resulting from defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement, an exchange, or a full refund.
